About Arundhati Bhattacharya: The first woman chairperson at the State Bank of India (SBI), she is currently the Chairperson and CEO for Salesforce, India. In her role, she oversees their growth strategy and plays an integral role in defining Salesforce’s relationship with the ecosystem of customers, partners and communities across India. With 40+ years of rich experience in India’s financial sector, Arundhati has a string of accolades to her name – “The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women” by Forbes, “Top 50 globally most powerful women in business” and “World’s 50 Greatest Leaders” list by Fortune.
About Soumya Rajan: She is the founder and CEO of Waterfield Advisors, which is the largest multi-family office and wealth advisory firm in India. With over 25 years of experience in private banking and wealth advisory, Soumya commenced her career at ANZ Grindlays Bank, which later became Standard Chartered Bank. She worked for 17 years with the Bank in both India and Singapore, with her last role being the head of the Private Banking division of Standard Chartered in India. As one of the earliest advocates of fee-only investment advisory in India, Soumya founded Waterfield Advisors in 2011 on the principles of no-conflict wealth advisory. Today, Waterfield advises on financial assets exceeding $4.5 billion on behalf of India’s leading and some of the most iconic business families.
